Galantino (Frantoio Galantino) is a family-run olive oil mill based in Bisceglie, in the heart of Puglia, Italy. Their story began in 1926, when Vito Galantino purchased a 19th-century mill and transformed it into a thriving olive oil business — a legacy now carried by three generations.

With deep roots in Apulia’s olive-growing tradition, Galantino cultivates both its own olive groves and partners with trusted local growers. Their flagship estate, “La Fenice,” spans dozens of hectares and features over 15,000 olive trees of classic Puglian varieties — especially Coratina and Ogliarola.

Galantino’s production process is a careful balance of tradition and quality control. They pick olives by hand (or with gentle mechanical aid) at the optimal ripeness. The fruit is quickly brought to the mill, where they wash, grind using granite millstones, and extract the oil through cold centrifugation.
After extraction, the oil is stored in temperature-controlled tanks and then packaged in dark bottles, tins, or even beautiful ceramic jars — all designed to preserve its unique character.
