Masoni Panforte Di Siena I.G.P(250g)

Panforte di Siena I.G.P., a flat cake with spices and candied fruit that dates to the Middle Ages, is typically consumed at Christmas celebrations in Italy. You can tell this is an extremely old recipe as soon as you bite into the first slice. With vanilla, it becomes slightly sweeter, and it is topped with a dusting of white icing sugar.

We also offer a chocolate covered panforte! This cake with its extremely refined taste is made with a mix of candied fruit, ground almonds and hazelnuts, as well as bits of candied cherries which perfectly complement the very fine cocoa powder added to the mixture, which is then fully coated with extra dark chocolate with a delightful taste.

New for 2024 is the apricot and pear panforte.

Masoni designed this innovative Panforte with its unusual components to provide customers a more subdued, delicate flavour.

The product is soft and sweet from the candied apricot and pear, and it is crunchy from the crushed toasted hazelnuts, making for a delicious and remarkable combination.
