Introduced to celebrate Fiasconaro's 70th anniversary celebrations the Montenero revives Mannetto, the first Fiasconaro panettone, of which it is a reinterpretation and which takes its name from the district that saw the Fiasconaro generations grow up in the summer. From its shape and dark dough it recalls “a' Muntagna”, the profiterole of Mario, soul and founder of Fiasconaro.
