This wonderful panettone yields an incredible sweet-salty balance with salted caramel and dark chocolate. Even the most discerning and ravenous palates can be satisfied by its strong and vibrant flavour. The golden, well-alveolated dough is abundantly filled with salted caramel cream and embellished with single-origin dark chocolate crunchies and Madagascar-grown natural Mananara vanilla. The Panettone al caramello salato is made by 72 hours of meticulous work, starting with sourdough, and is naturally leavened. Italian free-range eggs, milk, cream, and mountain butter are the only fresh items used in the recipe. 1 kilogramme
