The Nocino cream, with its 24% Nocino di Modena, represents the essence of this delicious panettone. Made with an alcoholic infusion of walnut husks, sugar and natural flavours, it enriches each bite with an authentic depth of flavour. To complete the magic, the dark chocolate and the chopped praline walnuts which, blending perfectly together, offer a harmonious contrast between the sweetness of the cream and the crunchiness of the decoration.

Decoration ingredients 13.5%:

dark chocolate 8% (cocoa paste, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), praline walnut grains 5% (walnuts, sugar), butter.
