Description

The new Giusti Panettone combines flawless softness, aromatic complexity, and uplifting fragrance. Crafted from a traditional sourdough recipe, it is enriched with the sweet-and-sour notes of Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, used both in the dough and in the maceration of the raisins. This harmonious blend of flavors reveals delicate hints of red fruits, offering a perfect balance of softness and fragrance. A distinctive product of refined quality.

 

Serving suggestions:

We recommend enjoying the Panettone slightly warmed to fully appreciate and release its aromas.

It pairs wonderfully with:

• A spoonful of mascarpone cream, dark chocolate mousse, or a spiced red wine sauce.
• A scoop of vanilla or cream ice cream, or a citrus sorbet.
• Fresh sliced fruit (strawberries, oranges, or mixed berries).
• Caramelized fruit (apple, pear, or figs) or a fruit coulis.
• An alcoholic touch, with a drizzle of Giusti Vermouth or liquors such as rum and Marsala.

 

Ingredients: wheat flour, raisins 17%, egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), minced candied black cherry (ground cherries, glucose and fructose syrup, sugar), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3,8% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulphites), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, natural flavor. May contain soy, nuts and mustard.
