Pistachio paste and whole pistachios are mixed with white chocolate to create the beautiful Pistachio Truffles. Produced by Antica Torroneria Piemontese, a family-owned firm in Piedmont, northwest Italy, that has been producing artisan cakes and chocolates since 1885 and has continued doing so for five generations.
