Inside the Gran Malaga you will find Catalan Cream(if you like Creme Brulee you're in for a treat) and raisins.The coating is a dark chocolate glaze. This wonderful Panettone comes in a classic gold presentation box delicately tied with ribbon.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, catalan cream filling 22% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, milk cream powder, flavours, stabilizers: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate), raisins 13%, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: vegetable origin mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - sunflower lecithin,invert sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, natural flavours, vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.

COVERING INGREDIENTS 16%: dark chocolate 71% (cocoa paste, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder,butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), sugar crystals 29%.

Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs, soy.

May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios). It does not contain G.M.O.
