The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, give the Panettone high softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter. Made for gourmets who love the intensity of single-origin cru chocolate and the strong taste of rum.
