This Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is made exclusively of acetified grape juice aged in precious wood barrels for no less than 25 years and with annual transfers from barrel to barrel according to the ancestral tradition. 

The product is perfect for gift purposes and it will be appreciated for the stunning sensorial experience it provides and for the elegance of its packaging.

Suggestions for use

This vinegar is perfect to pair with any sweet or savoury dish and is also enjoyable pure off a spoon as a digestif at the end of the meal.
