The artisanal Panettone with citrus fruits is soft and has an unmistakable aroma. It is made with 72 hours of meticulous work and is obtained by natural leavening, starting with sourdough. Intense citrus flavours and smells are provided by the abundance of candied orange, citron, lemon, mandarin, and chinotto in the dough, which is bright and well-alveolated. Free-range eggs, milk, cream, and mountain butter are the basic components, and they are all fresh. One kilogramme
